This three-month program integrates yoga, coaching and breathwork to support your personal development journey. The program focuses on providing you tools to support your physical, emotional and mental well-being in order for you to prioritize your personal goals and self-care in an effective and efficient way.   • Personalized yoga classes to relax, manage stress and prevent burnt out.

Improve Relational Dynamics

  • Learn to set effective boundaries at home and at work.

  • Learn strategies to help you in having courageous conversations.

  • Improve the relationship with yourself.

Align Personal Values to Your Purpose

  • Exercises to define your values in order to align your mission with your personal vision.

  • Uncover blocks not allowing you to step into your mission and vision.

  • Personalized breathwork sessions to release limiting beliefs and reprogram negative thinking.

One-on-One Coaching

One-on-One coaching program for leaders and employees tailored to the unique personal and professional goals of each individual in order to foster an organizational culture of wellness.

Coaching services include:

  • Two (2) 60-minute coaching sessions per month

  • One (1) personalized work and life goal setting plan
