GROUP SESSIONS

Join a Mindful Movement Session to improve your productivity! These short 30-minute yoga inspired virtual classes offered in the mornings and mid-day, combine meditation and breathwork practices to help you and your employees get re-centered and re-energized before and during the workday. Please note that these sessions can be incorporated in organizations as an employee wellness benefit.

PRIVATE SESSIONS

Book a private One-on-One 60-minute yoga class. These private sessions are offered with a minimum of four (4) classes per month and minimum of three (3) month commitment and can help you address the following areas: physical wellness & goals, give you tools to improve performance and productivity and help you with reducing and managing stress.
